Being rewarded, and honored, for hard work

Posted by Joshua O'Connell

Pixafy continues to celebrate the hard work and ingenuity of our staff with our monthly Rewards and Recognition honor, celebrating the efforts of employees that go above and beyond to find elegant solutions to our problems.

September’s recognition went to Project Manager Eric DiPalma.  Eric is Pixafy’s first Project Manager hire, having been with the company now for almost 18 months.  Eric’s ability to keep a steady hand on projects big and small has constantly resulted in excellent work for Pixafy clients, and as the PM team has grown, along with the Account Manager role, Eric’s stepped up to help the team by sharing some of the knowledge he’s accumulated.

In October, DevOps Engineer Christopher Deneen was given the honor.  Chris has spearheaded a number of projects to enhance and build out many of our infrastructure needs, including our data center in Boston. Despite the work involved there, he still makes time to routinely help with smaller issues around the office.

Both employees receive a plaque, a cash bonus and present some of their successes in front of the team.  All Rewards and Recognition honorees are nominated by their peers, allowing co-workers to nominate people who are doing a great job!  See more photos of our winners this year by visiting our Facebook album.
