Pixafy’s Rewards and Recognition program allows its peers to nominate those in the office doing incredible work, and ensure they get noticed. During the month of January, a slew of nominations arrived for Siarhej Autushka, one of our engineers.
Siarhej hasn’t been with us all that long, but has already made a major impact in our team, proving himself an excellent programmer, earning praise for his work both from others on the team and from the clients he serves, but also has proven himself to be a team player when it comes to sharing knowledge to ensure everyone at Pixafy can benefit from what he knows and learns.
Siarhej’s peers shouted his praises, and we’re happy to award him with this month’s honor. See all of our Rewards and Recognition honors on Facebook, or read about previous awardees from this fall, this summer, and one of our earliest honorees, Manny.

Eric’s tenure at Pixafy dates back to the summer of 2011, and as Pixafy’s first full-time project manager he has been heavily involved in building out Pixafy’s project management roles, helping to steer projects to a successful launch on time and on budget. He took a moment to answer a few questions.
Q: Where did you go to school, and what did you study there?
I went to NYU where I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Music Technology. (more…)
