Pixafy is looking for an administrative assistant. This role will support the CEO and Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person is efficient, detail oriented, well organized, resourceful, have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) and be able to multi-task, all while possessing a great attitude.
Skills & Requirements:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for executives
- Coordinate company outings and events
- Occasionally run work related errands
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Respond and direct incoming emails as required
- Professionally greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member and conference rooms as applicable
- General Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning and the general upkeep and maintenance of the office
- Enroll employees into our company insurance plan and answer any basic questions in regards to policy
- Maintain crucial reports such as, Employee PTO, Employee Expenses and Company Assets

- 1 year experience in similar role (preferred)
