Pixafy’s Rewards and Recognition program gives our team a great platform to nominate peers for the great work they’ve been doing. Over a year old now, this program has continued to be a success, with peer nominations at a record high!
April’s honoree was Client Support Agent Laurie Noel, whose ready smile and energy brighten our day. With unwavering enthusiasm, she juggles tasks both large and small. Her professional and friendly demeanor proves a hit with clients, providing them with the customized, stellar support that Pixafy always strives to achieve.
In May, Front-End Web Developer Caroline Gabriel was recognized by teammates for her constant hard work and dedication. No matter how complex or difficult her projects, Caroline’s “can do” attitude shines through. Despite her busy schedule, she still finds time to routinely help others around her, earning the praise and appreciation of team members.
The Rewards and Recognition program is designed to recognize those in the office doing amazing work, as nominated by Pixafy peers. In addition to receiving Pixafy’s signature plaque, our honorees also receive a $500 bonus!
