What You Will Be Doing

  • Work under the guidance of the Business Development team and leading outbound sales independently
  • Responsible for creating an outbound sales strategy in line with company goals and messaging (e.g.: approach used, initial contact, follow up plan, etc.)
  • Responsible for lead generation and contacting potential clients via phone/online and scheduling meetings
  • Responsible for leading sales calls, meetings, presentations
  • Responsible for closing new business and working with Pixafy Services team for seamless project handoff
  • Responsible for managing sales pipeline in our CRM system
  • Share learnings gained from speaking with potential customers to help inform Marketing positioning and explanation of product benefits
  • Consistently look for ways to improve sales performance and outbound efforts
  • Additional ownership opportunities associated with performance

What we'd like to see

  • 2-5 years of experience in Professional Services Sales
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within a quota and commission structure
  • College degree
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, Magento (or competitive product), and open source technology a plus
