  • This webinar shares the information that came out of a study exploring how digitally connected consumers shop, and the various devices they use to shop with (via @Magento).

  • Blue Focus Marketing published this article discussing 5 emerging business social media marketing trends for 2014. Covering everything from mobile migration to online video advertising, it’s packed with a ton of useful information (by @ckburgess, via @SteveCassady).

  • There’s a lot of work that goes into writing a modern web app. This slideshow provides tips on how to automate a lot of the steps required in the process, offering insights on things such as productivity tools for Sublime Text, new features in Chrome DevTools, and more (by @addyosmani).

  • Modern web design explained in a simple Venn Diagram. Enough said. 🙂

  • This InfoWorld article recaps a Forrester research paper that examined various tools for mobile apps. The findings were largely focused on HTML5 and responsive design, with survey results showing that 59% of the time, apps developed using HTML5 took longer to deliver than planned (by @syegulalp, via @HapticsDev).
